Welcome to another Thursday Challenge by Create with Connie & Mary! I have made a no-stamp card for this challenge.
The Challenge:
The Card:
This fun-fold card is excellent for a T-ball or baseball player. It could be your son, daughter, or grandchild, and I think this quick and easy card would work for either. Furthermore, there is no stamping involved. I used the Hey Sports Fan 12″ x 12″ designer series paper for this card.
Some No-Stamp Details:
I cut a sheet of Night of Navy cardstock (CS) to 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ then scored it at 2 1/8″ and 4 1/4″, folding the 2 1/8″ panel backward. The narrow panels of designer series paper (DSP) measure 1 7/8″ x 5 1/4″. The small panel overlapping both sides of the card measures 3 1/4″ x 2 1/4″ with the DSP measuring 3″ x 2″. I cut the ticket and star from the DSP; then, I layered the ticket on a slightly larger Night of Navy CS piece. Once assembled, I used dimensionals to adhere it to the card.
Fully Opened Card:
Once the card is fully open, you can see how another “ticket” and a flag were cut from the DSP and glued to the inside panels. I hope you like this No-Stamp card that is perfect for the soon-coming Springtime!
