Welcome to the March 2025 Stampers Dozen Blog Hop! As you can see from the title, we are going green for March! I have a surprise for you this month, so let’s get right to it.
The Card:
When I first saw this Sweet Pea stamp set in the 2024-2025 Annual Catalog, I thought it was cute but was sure I would never use it. Then (here comes the surprise) my daughter is pregnant with quadruplets! Yes, it was a shock. She and her husband, we grandparents, and the entire family are thrilled about the blessing of four little ones and terrified on many levels. We are all used to the idea and are doing our best to help Vanessa prepare.
My first task was to make thank-you cards for my daughter to send to family, friends, and others who have helped and given baby equipment, etc. It is an exciting time, so I needed a special card. Sweet Pea Stamp Set to my rescue! How cute is this? Of course, the set also has triplets, twins, and single peas in a pod. Take a look for yourself on page 103 of the current Annual Catalog.
Going Green Side View:
Now, about the sentiment. This sentiment is a retired stamp, but the FOUR “very” stood out when looking through my thank-you stamps. The stamp set is named Fabulous Four, and the item number begins with a 134xxx. That makes me think it was retired many years ago. Do you agree it is a good choice even though it is retired?
