Hello, and welcome to our blog hop this evening. We will be slipping into fall, well, at least that is our theme for tonight. I am hoping that the temperature will be falling too.

The Card:

For my card, I used the Feathered Flight and the Autumn Expressions stamp sets along with the Splendid Autumn designers series paper (DSP). It is an easy card to make to brighten someone’s day and let them know you are thinking of them.

The Details of my Slipping into Fall card:

The Measurements:

• The Base – Cajun Craze cardstock (CS) – 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, scored and folded at 4 1/4″
• Layer 1 –  DSP – 5 1/4″ x 4″
• Inside Layer – Very Vanilla 5 1/4″ x 4″

Assembly:

• Stamp the birds in flight on Layer 1 using Pecan Pie ink.
• Stamp the sentiment on Layer 1 using Cajun Craze ink. Adhere to the Base.
• Stamp the inside sentiment using Cajun Craze ink, then adhere it inside the card.
• Use the dark Cajun Craze Blends Marker to color small Iridescent Faceted Gems, then sprinkle a few on Layer 1.
