Hello! Welcome to another week of the Thursday Create with Connie & Mary Challenge. We have a sketch challenge today, and I have made an Artistic Birthday card to meet the challenge.
The Challenge:
The Card:
I used the lovely Artistically Inked stamp set to make this “artistic birthday” card. The sketch for this challenge is easy because Stampin’ Up!® has so many different stamp sets, and designer papers that can look great in this configuration. I love how the Polished Pink seems to jump off the page.
The Artistic Birthday Details:
The two panels of gold striped DSP measure 2 1/4″ x 3 1/4″ while the Basic White focal panel measures 2″ x 3″. The Pear Pizzazz mat behind it is 1/8″ larger in length and width. I stamped the lovely, small flower from the Artistically Inked stamp set using Polished Pink ink. Naturally, I stamped the leaves with Pear Pizzazz ink. I wanted the sentiment to pop, so I white heat-embossed it onto a 1/2″ strip of Polished Pink cardstock, adding an Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewel at the end.
